The Ticket - Write II

The Grand and Glorious Newspaper brought with it some triumphant news this morning. Yes, most triumphant indeed, a testament to my skill, my guile, my cunning, my expertise at what it was that I did for a living.

The Barghest - Write IIFar gone was the hot sun that had burnt the land for so long with its baleful, withering gaze. It moved slowly away, heating the planet less and less as the days wore on. And here were the crisp and cool breezes, the flame-coloured leaves, and the overshadowing threat of snow - looming like the dark bank of clouds on the horizon - as the entire world shifted into the glorious, dynamic season of autumn.
The breezes gusted momentarily stronger, plucking some orange or red or yellow leaves from the trees, tossing them about for a few capricious moments before spinning them onto the surface of the tan dirt road. They would The Barghest - Write II

“Woah, there.“ Verne suddenly sat up in the chair, swinging around so his feet were on the floor and hands on the control pads. “Unidentified as in there‘s no transponder signal?”

He tapped a button on his chair’s computer screen and looked at the three-dimensional radar screen which appeared in front of him on the screens spread out in front of the chair, which confirmed his suspicions. It was picking up the electromagnetic signatures of ten ships in a lopsided “V” formation.

You've probably learned of the hacking at Feila by now, but I wanted to let you know that if possible, once we get back up which we will, I'm going to invest a few dollars in advertising Feila at FurAffinity. Hopefully, that will not only make reviving Feila easier, but pump up the userbase in ways it never was before. I may advertise on a few other furry websites, as well, but I'll have to look into this. We need to get all of the current users back as much as we can if we're to get back on our feet at all, so tell all your Feila friends about what has happened and where to find updates, that is at my Furaffinity journal or DeviantArt journal. Thanks and don't worry. We'll be fine.
